She brings a unique perspective through her background in hands-on fabrication, having worked as both a designer and machinist to create large-scale steel art installations for municipalities and clients such as AARP and Burning Man. In this role, she produced CNC and shop drawings to support the precision and detail required for these complex works. Her construction knowledge is further supported by OSHA safety certification. Passionate about sustainability and human well-being, Jaycie is a WELL Accredited Professional and has contributed research that informs Manning’s sustainability standards, particularly in renewable material specifications. She has been recognized with awards in both design and communications, underscoring her creativity and ability to effectively communicate ideas.
